AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for a Short-term Rental, (STR) Residential Unhosted use on the hereinafter described property and area located in the R-8.4 Single Family Residential Zoned District and described as: An approximate 0.19-acre tract of land described as Lot 4R, Block 4 of the Traylor Horton Addition, City of Granbury, addressed as 505 East Grove, located within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, with the following conditions: 1. The Specific Use Permit shall automatically expire 1 year from City Council approval (December 6, 2023). 2. The site shall conform to the site plan (Exhibit A) and the floor plan (Exhibit B). 3. The short term shall be limited to not more than three bedrooms. 4. Except as provided in these conditions, the SUP shall be subject to the Supplemental Standards as contained in the Zoning Ordinance. 5. This SUP is subject to all other City Code requirements, permits, periodic inspections; and an inspection fee as established in the City's Master Fee Schedule. 6. Any violation of the supplemental land use standards or terms and conditions stipulated in the SUP may be deemed in violation of the zoning ordinance and the SUP may become null and void and/or the Certificate of Occupancy may be revoked. SECTION 6. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. ORDINANCE NO. 22-68 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023. ORDINANCE NO. 22-69 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING DIVISION 6 OF ARTICLE 9.03, CHAPTERS 9.03.131 - 9.03.136 OF THE GRANBURY CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE DISSOLUTION OF THE PUBLIC TELEVISON CHANNEL ADVISORY BOARD; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. These ordinances are on file in the Office of the City Secretary, 116 W Bridge St. and can be seen in its entirety during normal business hours.
