Item to Bid: LP Gas [Propane]
The successful bidder will furnish Tolar ISD with approximately 12,000 gallons of LP gas to be delivered to the Tolar ISD campuses and disbursed into tanks owned by the District ready to use. It will be the responsibility of the successful vendor to keep a supply of LP gas in the tanks necessary for normal operation of the schools.
LP Gas should be bid at both a "set rate" for the term of the contract and at a rate "at", "above", or "below" the current domestic price.
The term of the contract will be September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017
Payment for LP gas will be made by the Tolar ISD not more than 31 days from the date of official billing.

Bids will be reviewed at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on August 22, 2016. You are welcome to attend the meeting. Tolar ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bids should be received at the Superintendent's Office at P.O. Box 368, Tolar, TX, 76476 no later than 12 noon on August 8, 2016.
