Item to Bid: Diesel Fuel
Option #1: The successful bidder will furnish Tolar ISD with approximately 25,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel to be purchased at a location within one (1) mile of Tolar ISD campuses. Access to diesel fuel must be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Diesel fuel should be bid at both a "set rate" for the term of the contract and at a rate "at", "above", or "below" the current rack price.
Option #2: The successful bidder will furnish Tolar ISD with approximately 25,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel to be purchased at a location more than one (1) mile from Tolar ISD campuses. Access to diesel fuel must be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Bidder must designate the location where fuel will be received. Diesel fuel should be bid at both a "set rate" for the term of the contract and at a rate "at", "above", or "below" the current rack price.
Option #3: The successful bidder will furnish Tolar ISD with approximately 25,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel to be dispensed on Tolar ISD property. Bidder will provide storage tank, fuel pump, and connections, as well as any maintenance necessary to operate pump. Diesel fuel should be bid at both a "set rate" for the term of the contract and at a rate "at", "above", or "below" the current rack price. Delivery charges, if applicable, should be shown separately in bid.
The term of the contract will be September 1, 2016 through
August 31, 2017.
Payment for Diesel Fuel will be made by the Tolar ISD not more than 31 days from the date of official billing.

Bids will be reviewed at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on August 22, 2016. You are welcome to attend the meeting. Tolar ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bids should be received at the Superintendent's Office at P.O. Box 368, Tolar, TX, 76476 no later than 12 noon on August 8, 2016.
