AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; ROVIDING THAT TIDS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on the property located on an approximate 7.01 acre portion of land situated in the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract # 384, located at 1301 Weatherford Hwy, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and located in the Heavy Commercial [HC] zoning district.
The Specific Use Permit (SUP) shall be issued to allow for "Industrial Manufacturing/Fabrication/Assembly Light with Outside Storage" as defined by the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance with the following conditions:
1. Outside storage of product will be limited to the areas indicated on the site plan included in the adoption ordinance as Exhibit 'A' and shall be enclosed in general conformance with
the renderings depicted in the agenda item report and presentations submitted by the applicant to the city.
SECTION 6.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall befined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
