The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday July 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. O-2020-05, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Section 4.12.D(1) - "Park Land Dedication" of the City of Granbury Subdivision Ordinance. The general purpose of the amendment is to update the park land dedication requirements. 2. PL-2020-13, Request of Pinnacle Bank and Britt & Luker Land Holdings LLC to Replat Lots 1RC and 1RD, Block 1, Saratoga Addition as Lots 1RC-1 and 1RD-1, Block 1 of the Saratoga Addition. The property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Loop 567 and Reunion Ct. 17. O-2020-04, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Article 14, Section 14.5 - "Administration of Gas Well Permit", Article 14, Section 14.12.B "Safety & Environmental Standards" of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance; Code of Ordinances Section 13.16.013 "Additional Safety and Environmental Requirements" of the Code of Ordinances; and Article 1.50 Master Fee Schedule of the City of Granbury.
