AMENDING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT [PD/R7] ORDINANCE 10-423 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10-423, OLD MILL CROSSING PD-R7 AND ORDINANCE NO. 01- 819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION ON CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, and Ordinance 10-423, is hereby amended by granting the Planned Development - Single Family Residential - 7,000 [R7] Zoning District with said amendments on approximately 7.7 acres of land Lots 1R - 27 and Hike and Bike Trail A, Nutt Addition, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and being more fully described as Exhibit 'A' - Legal Description. The Planned Development - Single Family Residential - 7,000 [PD/R7] shall be developed in accordance with the Development Plan, Exhibit 'B', attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance. SECTION 7. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
