The following items will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the City of Granbury on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., at Granbury City Hall, 116 West Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. ZBA-2020-01, Request of Granbury Premier High School for a Special Exception to Section 11.7.B.9, "Roof Design Standards in Non-Residential Districts", to not provide cornice features on a roof with a pitch less than 4:12. The property is addressed as 833 Harbor Lakes Dr.
2. ZBA-2020-02, Request of Bennett's RV Ranch for a Variance to Article 8, "Landscaping Requirements" to reduce the required installation of new landscaping in association with the expansion of an existing RV Park. The property is addressed as 2800 E. Hwy. 377.
A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may convene in executive session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on any legally posted agenda item, when the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551.
