The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. A Public Hearing for Item 4 (HL-2017-01) will be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. HL-2017-01, Request of Julia & Bob Pannell to designate the structure known as the Daniel-Harris House as a local Historic landmark. The property is located at 403 W. Bridge St. CITY COUNCIL HEARING DATE TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2017. 2. Additional modifications to Section 1.17 - "Definitions" are proposed to add a definition for 'Concept Plan' and to modify Section 3.8.G. regarding Electric Transformers. 25. Z-2017-18, Request of the City of Granbury to rezone approximately 247.35 acres of the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract #348 from Interim Holding (IH) to Industrial (I). The property is located on the eastern side of W Loop 567, just north of the intersection with US Hwy. 377. 26. SUP-2017-20, Request of the City of Granbury for a Specific Use Permit to allow operation of a public/private Airport on a 313.35 acre tract of the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract # 348.
