The Acton Municipal Utility District Defined Area will hold a public hearing at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the District's office, 6420 Lusk Branch Ct., to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for the 2017 tax year. The proposed tax rate is $0.085 per $100 valuation. The 2016 tax rate was $0.085 per $100 valuation.
