The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on MONDAY, October 2, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. PL-2017-14, Request of Gary Plante to Replat Lot 3R of the Granbury Village Addition as Lots 3R1 & 3R2 of the Granbury Village Addition. The property is located on Acton Hwy, north of Tom Cox Rd.

The professional/general office use would be secondary to the primary residential use as required by the Zoning Ordinance. The property is addressed as 510 W. Bridge St.
17. O-2017-06, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Ordinance # 01-819, the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance, Section 2.1.D.3 - "Limitations on Authority of Board" to allow the Zoning Board of Adjustment to hear Variance or Special Exception cases that have associated pending zoning requests. Modifications to Section 2.1.D.4 - "Limitations on Authority of Board" are also proposed to allow the Board of Adjustment to hear Special Exception cases that have associated pending Site Plan, Preliminary Plat, or Final Plat requests.
18. O-2017-07, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Ordinance # 01-819, the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance, Section 11.2.D - "Parking Table" to modify the parking requirement for Condominium and Multi-Family (market apartments) based on the number of bedrooms.
