The Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (UTGCD) is accepting sealed bids for construction of a new 5,400 SF office building at 1855 W. Hwy 199, Springtown, TX. Bids must be received at UTGCD offices at 1250 E Hwy 199, Springtown, TX, 76082, no later than 2:00 pm, July 27, 2017, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud at the same address. Doug Shaw, General Manager, has been delegated by the UTGCD board to open the bids. Construction and related documents will be available at the location identified above starting July 12, 2017.
