The following Public Hearings will be considered at a Special Session by a joint meeting of the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury and the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Monday, May 2, 2017. The Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas and will begin at 6:00 p.m.
1. CP-2017-01, Request of Don Murphy to amend the 2016 Comprehensive Plan for an approximate 7.94 acre tract, of the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract # 504, to allow for High Density Residential development instead of the Medium Density Residential as suggested within the 2016 Comprehensive Plan.
2. Z-2017-04, Request of Don Murphy to rezone an approximate 7.94 acre tract, of the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract # 504 from Interim Holding (IH) to Planned Development/Multiple-Family (PD/MF). The property is located on Hill Blvd., north of E Hwy. 377.
3. TCP-2017-01, Request of Don Murphy to submit a Tree Conservation Plan (TCP) on an approximate 7.94 acre tract, of the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract # 504, to allow for the removal and mitigation of protected trees in conformance with Article 13 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located on Hill Blvd., north of E Hwy. 377.
4. PL-2017-15, Request of Don Murphy to amend the Preliminary Plat of an approximate 7.94 acre tract of the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract # 504 as Lot 1, Block 1 of the Brazos Crossing Addition. The property is located on Hill Blvd., north of E Hwy. 377.
