AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 19-88, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by rezoning the hereinafter property and area described as Lot 1R1, Lot l R2, Lot l R3, Lot 2A1R, Lot 2A2R, and Common Area A, Block l, Pearcy Christon Addition No. l, and Lot 2B, Block 1, Pearcy Christon Addition No. l, City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, on an approximate 8.6 acres being more fully described as Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein:
- From "PD (Planned Development/Heavy Commercial)" zoning district to "PD (Planned Development/Heavy Commercial):
- Provide Pad 2 proposed Restaurant Drive-In/Retail uses;
- Provide Pad 2 site layout to that shown on Exhibit 'B';
- Provide Pad 2 building elevations shown on Exhibit 'C';
- Provide Pad 2 landscaping shown on Exhibit 'D'; and
- Provide Pad 2 development standards shown on Exhibit 'E'.
SECTION 6.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLES 1.50 OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF NEW FEES AND AMENDMENT OF CERTAIN OTHER FEES ADOPTED BY SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
These ordinances as adopted by the Granbury City Council on April 2, 2024, are on file in the Office of the City Secretary, 116 W Bridge St. and can be seen in its entirety during normal business hours.
