NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. CP-2023-09 Amend the Master Thoroughfare Plan to remove Davis Rd between Old Granbury Rd and US Hwy 377. 2. O-2023-02 Amend select sections of the City of Granbury: Zoning Ordinance Article 1, General Provisions Section 1.7 Creation of Building Site; Section 2.3. Amendments; and Subdivision Regulations Section 1 - General Provisions 1.5. Jurisdiction and Section 2 - Procedures. The general purpose is for conformity with new legislation, shorten review timeframes, and offer administrative actions. 3. CP-2023-08 Amend the Future Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to Retail/Office; located at 505 S Morgan St. 4. Z-2023-12 Zoning change from R-12 Residential District to Light Commercial; located at 505 S Morgan St. 5. SUP-2021-12 Specific Use Permit for Dwelling, Single Family, Attached use in Central Business zoning; located at 210 E. Ewell St. 6. SUP-2023-30 Specific Use Permit for an Amusement Center, Commercial, Outdoor, Temporary in Light Commercial zoning; located at 505 E Pearl St. 7. SUP-2023-33 Specific Use Permit for Auto Sales, Used and Auto Repair, Major uses in Heavy Commercial zoning; located at 4301 E US Hwy 377.
