The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, January 2, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. SUP-2021-12 Specific Use Permit for "Dwelling, Single Family, Attached" use in Central Business zoning; located at 210 E. Ewell St.
2. O-2023-02 Amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance; Amendments are to Article 1, General Provisions Section 1.7 Creation of Building Site; Section 2.3. Amendments; Article 4. Permitted Uses. Amend select sections of the City of Granbury Subdivision Regulations; Amendments are to Section 1 - General Provisions 1.12. Variances and 1.15 Right to Deny Hearing; 2.4. Procedures Procedure for Approval of a Preliminary Plat and Submission Requirements; 2.5. Procedure for Approval of Final Plat; 2.6 Amending Plat; 2.7 Minor Plat; 2.9 Development Plats; and 2.10 Replatting. The general purpose of the amendments are to ease the use limitations for certain uses; shorten review timeframes; and offer administrative actions.
3. SUP-2023-29 Specific Use Permit for "Trailer Sales" in Heavy Commercial zoning; located at 4325 E US Hwy 377.
