THE ORIGINAL PETITION IS A SUIT FOR CIVIL, REAL PROPERTY, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition on file in this suit, the nature of which suit is PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL PETITION BEING Trespass to Try Title suit involving Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Rancho Brazos Subdivision, a subdivision in Hood County, Texas, according to the plat on file in the office of the County Clerk of Hood County, Texas. Property Address: 3604 and 3606 Sundown Trail, Granbury, TX 76049.
