The following items will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the City of Granbury on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., at Granbury City Hall, 116 West Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. ZBA-2023-07, Request of Vincent J. Messina on behalf of Mi Familia for a Variance to Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.5.A to allow text in a proposed mural. The property is addressed as 1470 E. Hwy 377. 2. ZBA-2023-08, Request of John C. Bilberry for a Variance to Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.5.C to allow a reduction in the minimum width and area requirements for two lots in a Residential-10,000 [R-10] zoning district. The property is addressed as 306 and 308 S Lancaster St. 3. ZBA-2023-09, Request of Craig Chambers on behalf of Bruce Arnold for Special Exceptions to Zoning Ordinance, Section 11.10.B.3 and 11.10.B.7 to allow a proposed accessory structure to exceed the maximum size of 420 square feet and maximum height of 15 feet. The property is addressed as 228 W. Moore St. A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may convene in executive session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on any legally posted agenda item, when the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551.
