The City of Granbury Public Works Department and the Hood County Environmental Health Department hereby gives notice of the City of Granbury and Hood County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between the confluence of Rucker Creek and Rucker Creek Tributary A to approximately 850 feet upstream of Corporate Drive along Rucker Creek Tributary A. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 16-06-2958R for a proposed project along Rucker Creek Tributaries A, B, and C. NE Granbury Holdings, LLC is proposing to construct a single span bridge and place fill in the floodplain as part of a proposed mixed-use development. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request should be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along Rucker Creek Tributaries A, B, and C. 1. Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will be established along Rucker Creek Tributaries A, B, and C. 2. The SFHA will increase and decrease along Rucker Creek Tributaries A, B, and C. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at City of Granbury Public Works Department at 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048, and the Hood County Environmental Health Department at 201 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, TX 76048. If you have any questions or concerns about the proposed project or its effect on your property, you may contact Sheri Campbell-Husband of the City of Granbury at 817-573-1114, extension 1632, or James McAusland of Hood County at 817-579-3288 from October 15 through 30.
