The following items will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the City of Granbury on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., at Granbury City Hall, 116 West Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. ZBA-2016-19, Request of Brian Gaffin on behalf of Paula & Mark McDonald for a Variance to Section 11.12.C - "Screening Fence & Wall Standards" not to install the screening fence required of non-residential property owners for areas that abut residentially zoned property. The property is located on E. Moore St., east of the Granbury Cemetery.
A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may convene in executive session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on any legally posted agenda item, when the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551.
