Public Notice is hereby given that LGI Homes - Texas, LLC on behalf of Cresson MUD No. 1, Hood County, State of Texas, will receive bids for the construction of a new PWS Trinity Water Well and related improvements. All bids must be sealed and received on or before June 29, 2023 at 2:00 pm at 201 Main Street, Suite 901, Fort Worth, TX 76102 to be considered by LGI Homes - Texas, LLC. Any bids coming after that date and time, unless LGI Homes - Texas, LLC extends the date and time for all bidders, will be rejected. Sealed bids must be hand delivered to Pape-Dawson, 201 Main Street, Suite 901, Fort Worth, TX 76102; Attn: Matt Gilbertson, PE. The improvements generally to be made may include: drilling and construction of a new potable public water supply Trinity Water Well and necessary water lines, valves, electrical lines and related improvements. Proposal forms, specifications, plans, and contract documents may be obtained at the office of the Engineer located at 590 East South Loop, Stephenville, Texas, 76401, phone number (254) 968-8741 for the purchase price of Ninety-Five Dollars and no/100 dollars ($95.00) for each half size or full-size set of documents. No refunds will be made. Plans and specifications may be obtained electronically by contacting Matt Van Hattem of Collier Consulting by email at matt@collierconsulting.com or by phone at 254-968-8741. Collier Consulting, Inc., on behalf of LGI Homes - Texas, LLC, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities.
