By virtue of an Order of Sale, I did on May 10, 2023, levy upon the Defendant's interest, if any, in the following described land as the property of the above-named Defendant(s), situated in Hood County, Texas, to wit:

And I will on JUNE 6, 2023, the same being the first Tuesday in JUNE A.D. 2023, starting at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the morning, offer the said land for sale for cash to the highest bidder, at the Hood County Courthouse, said location being the 2 Floor Courtroom in the Hood County Courthouse, located at 100 E. Pearl Street, in the City of Granbury, Texas.
