Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request from Justin Howe for a change in zoning from Rural Residential "RR" to Planned Development "PD" for a 1.440-acre tract of land in the B.B.B. & C. R.R. Company Survey, Abstract No. 159, Parker County, Texas, being more particularly described by metes and bounds. A complete legal description of the property can be found on file with the City Secretary's office.
The City of Cresson will conduct a public hearing regarding the requested rezoning change on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Cresson City Hall Council Chambers located at 8901 Hwy 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
