The following items will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT of the City of Granbury on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., at Granbury City Hall, 116 West Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. ZBA-2023-02, Request of Tony Mobly for Variances to Zoning Ordinance, Article 8, Landscape Requirements; Zoning Ordinance, Article 11 Section 11.2.D. Parking Table to reduce parking requirements; and, to Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.14 to reduce the setbacks within a Light Commercial Zoning District; and a Special Exception to Zoning Ordinance Section 11.7C.9., Roof Design Standards - Commercial. The property is addressed as 1825 Acton Hwy.
A. § 551.071. Consultation with Attorney. The Zoning Board of Adjustment may convene in executive session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on any legally posted agenda item, when the Zoning Board of Adjustment seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551.
