The City of Tolar will hold a public hearing on February 21, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. to receive Comments for a request for a zoning change of property known as 208 Pine Lane, .686 acres from Single Family Residential (8000 sf) (R8) to Single Family Residential (6000 sf) (R6), subdivision, and re-plat.
Variance request from Section 18 of the City's Zoning Ordinances regarding setbacks within the Single-Family Residential District 6000 sf (R6) will be heard as well.
All owners of property within 200 feet of the above-described property are being notified of the meeting by mail. The public will have the opportunity to address any questions or concerns regarding the proposed changes at the meeting.
