The City of Tolar will hold a public hearing on February 21, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. to receive comments for a request for a zoning change on the property of 310 Cedar Lane, 1.102 acres from Single Family Residential (8000 sf) (R8) to Single Family Residential (6000 sf) (R6) and .963 acres from Single Family Residential (8000 sf) (R8) to Residential Duplex (D), subdivision and re-plat. The public will have the opportunity to address any questions or concerns about the proposed change at the meeting.
