The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, January 5, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. PL-2015-17, Request of John & Nancy Townes and Ronald & Mary Prewitt to Replat Lots 193-195 Catalina Bay II, Phase 2-C as Lots 193-R and 195-R Catalina Bay II, Phase 2-C. The property is addressed as 1006, 1008 and 1010 Sunset Bay Ct.
2. Z-2015-15, Request of Richard Thornton to Rezone Lot 4, Block 2 of the Shady Grove I Addition from Residential-7000 (R-7) to Multiple-Family (MF). The property is located on Shady Grove Dr., south of Hwy. 377.
3. PL-2015-19, Request of Richard Thornton to Replat Lots 3-4, Block 2 of the Shady Grove I Addition as Lot 3R, Block 2 of the Shady Grove I Addition. The property is located on Shady Grove Dr., south of Hwy. 377.
4. Z-2015-16, Request of Gary Couch to Rezone a 5.77 acre tract of the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract # 504 from Light Commercial (LC) to a Planned Development Multiple Family/Light Commercial (PD - MF/LC). The property is addressed as 1520 Crawford Ct.
5. PL-2015-20, Request of Jerry Foreman and Vicki Straughan to Replat a portion of Block 1, Traylor and Horton Addition and to vacate a portion of Block 78 of the Nutt Addition. The replat would establish Lots 1R, 2R and 3R, Block 1 of the Traylor and Horton Addition. The property is located on E. Barton St., east of N. Crockett St.
6. SUP-2015-17, Request of Cathy Casey and Jim Leitch for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of an un-hosted, 2 guest suite Bed & Breakfast. The property is addressed as 333 Lambert St.
7. Immediately following the Regular Agenda items listed for Public Hearing, the Planning & Zoning Commission will host a workshop to continue discussion of the 2015 Comprehensive Plan. The Commission will review Comprehensive Plan draft goals. An update will be given on community input and the Commission will be led in scenario planning exercises. The workshop will be directed by Freese & Nichols' staff.
