JOE FLOYD STALEY in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an APPLICATION TO DECLARE HEIRSHIP AND FOR AN AGREED INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR WITH POWER TO SELL PROPERTY AND SERVE WITHOUT BOND PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 401.003, 401.005 AND 401.006 OF THE TEXAS ESTATES CODE, OR ALTERNATIVELY, FOR APPOINTMENT OFA DEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR and declare who are the heirs and the only heirs of the said Estate of MARTHA JANE STALEY, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in this Estate and that the applicant be appointed Dependent Administrator.
Said application will be heard and acted on by said court at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the County Courthouse in Granbury, Texas.
