The following Public Hearings will be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. Items 2-8 were previously scheduled to be heard at 6:00 p.m. on October 4, 2016. The Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. Public hearing regarding a request of Don Murphy to Rezone an approximate 8-acre tract of the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract # 504 from Interim Holding (IH) to Planned Development/Multiple-Family (PD/MF). The property is located on Hill Blvd., north of E Hwy. 377.
2. TCP-2016-02, Request of Tri-County Development, LLC to submit a Tree Conservation Plan (TCP) to allow for the removal and mitigation of protected trees in conformance with Article 13 of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located on Old Granbury Rd., west of Gemstone Estates.
3. Z-2016-04, Request of Tri-County Development, LLC to rezone a 10.798 acre tract of the Uriah Martin Survey, Abstract # 384 from Planned Development/Patio Home (PD/PH) to Duplex (MD-1). The property is located on Old Granbury Rd., west of Gemstone Estates.
4. PL-2016-07, Request of Tri-County Development, LLC to Preliminary Plat a 10.798 acre tract of the Uriah Martin Survey, Abstract # 384 as Lots 1-27, Block 1 and Lots 1-22, Block 2 of the Hilltop Village Addition. The property is located on Old Granbury Rd., west of Gemstone Estates.
5. SUP-2016-15, Request of Gary Haley for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of "Auto Sales, Used" business in a Heavy Commercial (HC) zoning district. The property is addressed as 1803 E. Hwy. 377.
6. SUP-2016-16, Request of Kim Bedford for a Specific Use Permit for a Restaurant with "Club, Private with Alcohol Beverage Sales" in a Light Commercial (LC) zoning district. The property is addressed as 3301 E. Hwy. 377, Ste. 100.
7. PL-2016-30, Request of Marshall & Roberta Stringer to Final Plat a 0.874 acre tract of the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract # 903 as Lot 1, Block 1 of the Stringer Family Estates Addition. The property is addressed as 621 E. Bridge St.
8. Z-2016-17, Request of the Catalina Bay Owners Association, Inc. to amend the Planned Development (PD's R-12 & R-8.4) adopted by Ordinances #03-939 & #06-116 to allow for 80% EIFS material for Lots 1-54, Lot 55R, Lots 57-58, Lot 60R, Lots 61-75, Lots 94-98, (Phase I), and Lots 76-101 (Phase II-A), of the Catalina Bay II Addition located west of the 1700 block of Waters Edge Dr.
