The City of Tolar will hold a public hearing on September 19, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. to receive comments for a request for zone change, subdivision, and replat of portions of property known as 1.542 acres of land out of the Rachel Story Survey, Abstract No. 501, Hood County, Texas; being part of Block 46 of the Second Addition to the Town of Tolar from Rural Residential 8000sf. (R8) to Single Family Residential (6000 sf) (R6). The City of Tolar will also receive comments for zone change, subdivision, and replat of portions of property known as 2.653 acres tract of land out of the Rachel Story Survey, Abstract No. 501, Hood County, Texas; being part of Blocks 68 and 69 of the Second Addition to the Town of Tolar from Agriculture (A) to Single Family Residential (6000 sf) (R6). The meeting will be at Tolar City Hall located at 8712 W. Hwy 377.
