The Acton Municipal Utility District Defined Area will hold a public hearing at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the District's office, 6420 Lusk Branch Ct., to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for the 2022 tax year. The proposed tax rate is $0.020 per $100 valuation. The 2021 tax rate was $0.0525 per $100 valuation.
