1. O-2022-06, Request of the City of Granbury to amend select sections of the City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance pertaining to short-term rentals and Bed & Breakfast, Hosted. Amendments are proposed to Section 4.1 - Use of Buildings and Section 4.2 - Supplemental Standards for Land Uses.
