Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for a change in zoning from Agricultural "A" to Industrial "I" from Barclay Waddell and David Ferrette for a tract of land 17.9 acres out of the J. Randle Survey, Abstract 483, Hood County, Texas; being all of Lot 18 and 19, Cresson One South an Addition as shown on plat recorded in Cabinet P, slide 398, Plat Records, Hood County, Texas. A complete legal description of the property can be found on file with the City Secretary's office.
The City of Cresson will conduct a public hearing to issue a preliminary report and a second public hearing to issue a final report regarding the requested rezoning change on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 7:00 pm at Cresson City Hall Council Chambers located at 8901 Hwy 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
