The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, February 14, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. CP-2021-06, Request of Peter Thomas for Timberchase to amend the Future Land Use Map contained within the 2016 Comprehensive Plan on approximately 12 acres situated in Robert Alway Survey, Abstract #4 from Retail/Office [RET] to Low Density Residential [LDR]. The property is located on W. Loop 567, northwest of Baccus Elementary School. 2.
