The City of Granbury does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or employment in, its federally assisted programs or activities. Deputy City Manager has been designated to coordinate compliance with the nondiscrimination requirements contained in the Department of Treasury's American Rescue Plan Act - Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (ARPA - CLFRF) regulations implementing Section 504 (24 CFR Part 8).

Citizen Participation & Grievance Procedures Notice (required)
The City of Granbury has adopted complaint and grievance procedures regarding its ARPA - CLFRF allocation. Citizens may obtain a copy of these written procedures at 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas 76048 during business hours. Citizens may also request the procedures be mailed to them by calling the Deputy City Manager, at 817-573-1114. These procedures outline the steps for a citizen to follow if s/he wishes to file a complaint or grievance about ARPA - CLFRF activities.
A person who has a complaint or grievance about any services or activities with respect to the ARPA - CLFRF project, may during regular business hours submit such complaint or grievance, in writing to the Deputy City Manager, at 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas 76048 or may call 817-573-1114. The City of Granbury will make every effort to respond fully to such complaints within fifteen (15) working days where practicable.
