On November 30, 2021, the Cresson City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021-007, amending the Cresson Zoning Ordinance by changing the zoning of part of 151.155 acres out of the John Howard Survey Abstract 716, The J. Randle Survey, Abstract 483, Hood County, Texas, from Agricultural "A," to Planned Development "PD," and providing that any person, firm or corporation who violates the ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense; each day that a violation is permitted to exist is a separate offense.
