AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION ON CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting the Planned Development [PD] Zoning District to allow for a mixed-use development on 47.269-acres of land according to the development plans, standards and specifications contained within the Lakeview Landing Planned Development Standards attached hereto and incorporated herein, and being more fully described as:
An approximate 47.267-acre portion of land situated in the Marcus Smith Survey, Abstract No. 504, City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, attached hereto as: Exhibit 'A' - Legal Description
From Interim Holding [IH] and Light Commercial [LC] to Planned Development [PD] Zoning District
SECTION 7.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, DESIGNATING A GEOGRAPHIC AREA WITHIN THE CITY AS A TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 311 OF THE TEXAS TAX CODE, TO BE KNOWN AS REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE, CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS; DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONE; CREATING A BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE ZONE AND APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE BOARD; ESTABLISHING A TAX INCREMENT FUND (TIRZ FUND) FOR THE ZONE; CONTAINING FINDINGS RELATED TO THE CREATION OF THE ZONE; PROVIDING A DATE FOR THE TERMINATION OF THE ZONE; PROVIDING THAT THE ZONE TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON PASSAGE OF THE ORDINANCE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
