The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, December 20, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. CP-2021-06, Request of Peter Thomas for Timberchase to amend the Future Land Use Map contained within the 2016 Comprehensive Plan on approximately 12 acres situated in Robert Alway Survey, Abstract #4 from Retail/Office [RET] to Low Density Residential [LDR]. The property is located on W. Loop 567, northwest of Baccus Elementary School. 2. Z-2021-13, Request of Peter Thomas for Timberchase to rezone a 33.56-acre tract of the Robert Alway Survey, Abstract #4 from Interim Holding [IH] to Single Family Residential District 7,000 [R7]. The property is located west of Weatherford Hwy., north of Hunter Park. 7. SUP-2021-24, Request of Sarah Webb for a Specific Use Permit to operate a 1-guest suite, un-hosted Bed & Breakfast. The property is addressed as 323 S. Hannaford St. 8. SUP-2021-25, Request of Lars Anderson & Associates, Inc. for Home Depot for a Specific Use Permit to allow "Trailer Sales/Rentals", "Construction Equipment Sales/Rentals", "Portable Building Sales" and Outdoor Storage in a Heavy Commercial [HC] zoning district. The property is addressed as 415 E Hwy 377. 9. SUP-2021-26, Request of Kelly Clark for a Specific Use Permit to allow an outdoor 'Amusement Center, Temporary' per the Zoning Ordinance. The consideration and motion on the Specific Use Permit by Council also provides for procedural compliance for outdoor events with animals on the City Beach, per Sec. 1.04.002.f.2 of the City of Granbury Code of Ordinances.
