NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF OFFICES AND MEETING PLACES OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT

TO THE RESIDENTS OF CRESSON CROSSROADS MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES: TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with VTCA, Water Code, Chapter 49.062, the Board of Directors of Cresson Crossroads Municipal Utility District No. 2 (the "District") has, on October 21, 2021, established the following offices and regular meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: (i) 5189 E I-20 Service Road North, #104, Willow Park, TX 76087; (ii) Winstead PC located at, 2728 N. Harwood Street, Suite 500, Dallas, Texas 75201; and 300 Throckmorton Street, Suite 1700, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 was designated as a regular meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District; (iii) Childress Engineers, 211 N. Ridgeway, Cleburne, TX 76033; Texas 76102, was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District; for the purpose of storage of engineering records; and for the opening of construction bids; (iv) The Thomas Group, 110 N. Crockett, Granbury, Texas 76048 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District; was designated as a regular meeting place; (v) and Cresson City Hall, 8901 E Highway 377, Cresson, Texas 76035 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District; was designated as a regular meeting place; and (vi) Dye & Tovery, LLC, 2321 Coit Road, Suite B, Plano, Texas 75075 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District and for the purposes of storage of bookkeeping records.
