The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, October 18, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas.
1. Z-2021-11, Request of Mitch Breeden to rezone a 1.403-acre tract of the Joshua Minett Survey, Abstract # 352 from Interim Holding [IH] to Light Commercial [LC]. The property is addressed as 5640 Acton Hwy.
2. Z-2021-09, Request of Boone Nerren of AMZ-BTI Granbury, LLC to rezone a 12.94-acre tract of the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract # 348 from Interim Holding [IH] to Planned Development - Patio Home/Residential 7,000 (PD-PH/R-7). The property is located on E. Moore St., east of the Granbury Cemetery.
3. O-2021-01, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Zoning Ordinance, Article 2, Administration and Article 12 - Definitions. The purpose of these amendments is to update the Zoning Ordinance to align with new state legislation that went into effect on September 1, 2021.
4. O-2021-02, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Zoning Ordinance, Article 7 - Sign Requirements and Article 12 - Definitions. The purpose of these amendments is to update the Zoning Ordinance to align with new legislation.
5. O-2021-03, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Ordinance No. 01-819, The City of Granbury Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The purpose of these amendments is to reformat the Zoning Ordinance for structure and user accessibility.
6. O-2021-04, Request of the City of Granbury to amend Ordinance No. 09-360, The City of Granbury Subdivision Ordinance, as amended. The purpose of these amendments is to reformat the Subdivision Ordinance for structure and user accessibility.
