The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. 8. Z-2021-09, Request of Boone Nerren of AMZ-BTI Granbury, LLC to rezone a 12.94 acre tract of the Milam County School Land Survey, Abstract # 348 from Interim Holding [IH] to Planned Development - Patio Home/Residential 7,000 (PD-PH/R-7). The property is located on E. Moore St., east of the Granbury Cemetery.
