A public hearing of Hood County, Texas, will be held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 9 am in the Central Jury Room of the Justice Center, 1200 W. Pearl St., Granbury, Texas. It will be to consider the 529.5 acres of land in Southeast Hood County as a reinvestment zone under Texas Tax Code 312. 401, and to consider the tax abatement agreement between Hood County, Texas and Yellow Viking Development One, LLC under Texas Tax Code 312.402, for the West Camp Ranch Solar Project. Members of the public will be given the opportunity to be heard, and all persons desiring to address Commissioners Court regarding this designation will be permitted to do so at that time.
