Ramel Company, LLC (Ramel) has been employed to serve as the Granbury Housing Authority's (GHA) Project and Construction Manager for the renovations of 34 existing duplex units located on Barton Street. The duplexes will be renovated to reflect current market rate standards. The renovations will include the complete removal and re-installation of all interior cabinetry, finishes, sheetrock, windows, doors, and MEP equipment and rough-in. It is not expected to expand the footprint of the existing units or structures.
Ramel along with GHA are seeking a qualified general contracting firm to provide daily general construction oversight, subcontractor management, and quality control management.
Prevailing Wages for all construction contracts will be required.
Davis Bacon 2021 wage rates for Hood County, Texas will need to be met for all trades and disciplines.

All questions need to be provided in writing to the noted email address. Proposed respondents are not to have any communications with anyone else associated with the Granbury Housing Authority until Ramel has contracted for the general contracting services pertaining to this RFP.
The deadline for questions is 5:00 PM on April 13, 2021. Responses to this RFP are due to the noted email or address no later than 3:00 PM on April 20, 2021.
