Pursuant to Chapter 59 Texas Property Code, Wanco Mini Storage at 601 Cleveland Rd., Granbury, TX., 76049 will hold a public sale of contents to satisfy a landlord's lien.
The sale will be at 10:00 AM August 13, 2016.
Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. The seller reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any from the sale. The auction sign-in will be at 601 Cleveland Rd. The tenant may redeem their contents by paying in full before the auction.
Property being sold includes contents from the following tenants, and is household, office and business items: David Goolsby, Tammy Janes, Katie Roldan, Brad Smith, David Smith, and Lee Worsham.
