NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The following Public Hearings will be considered by the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of Granbury on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will also be considered by the GRANBURY CITY COUNCIL on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. All Public Hearings will be held within the Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas. 1. PL-2020-05, Request of Richard Bates to Final Plat a 13.237 acre tract of the W.R. McCreary Survey, Abstract #385 as Lots 1-27 and Common Area A, Block 1 and Lots 1-17 and Common Area B, Block 2 of the Cardinal Woods Addition. The property is located on FM 4, south of the intersection of FM 4 & Hwy 377. 2. The consideration and motion on the Specific Use Permit by Council also provides for procedural compliance for outdoor events with animals on the City Beach, per Sec. 1.04.002.f.2 of the City of Granbury Code of Ordinances. SUP-2021-02, Request of Atomic Plumbing for a Specific Use Permit to allow 1) A Contractor's Shop without outside storage in a Light Commercial [LC] zoning district on Lot 13, Block 2 of the Plaza East Addition and addressed as 3613 E.
