Notice is hereby given that the City of Cresson has received a request for certain variances from its Subdivision Ordinance in connection with Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, Cresson Crossroads, Phase One, as recorded in Slide C-126, Plat Records, Hood County, Texas. Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 are currently zoned Industrial (I) and there is a pending application to rezone said lots to Multi-Family (MF) and Applicants, Cresson Crossroads, LLC and Cresson Pods, Inc., have requested variances from the City's Subdivision Ordinance related to the setback lines, specifically including variances of the front building setback line from 50 feet to 20 feet. A copy of the Application for Subdivision Variance is on file at the City Secretary's office.
The City of Cresson Planning & Zoning Commission and the Cresson City Council will conduct a public hearing on August 9, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Cresson City Hall located at 8901 Hwy. 377, Cresson, Texas 76035. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Cresson City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Request for accommodations or other services must be made 48 hours in advance.
