The City of Tolar will accept bid proposals for the following:
BANKING DEPOSITORY SERVICES
Copies of specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall, 8712 W Hwy 377, Tolar Texas.
All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "DO NOT OPEN - CITY OF TOLAR BANKING DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL".
Bids will be received at the office of the City Secretary until Friday, August 05, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. Any proposals received after that time will be returned unopened. Proposals will be opened and read by the City Secretary and presented to the City Council to award a contract at the regular City Council meeting on August 15, 2016 at 7:00 P.M.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
