A public hearing shall be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, before the City of Granbury Planning and Zoning Commission and a second public hearing and first reading of the proposed Ordinance will be held by the Granbury City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. A second reading of the proposed Ordinance will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2020 before the Granbury City Council. All hearings and readings shall convene in the City Council Chambers of Granbury City Hall, located at 116 W. Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas, Hood County, Texas, to receive input from citizens regarding the adoption of a moratorium within the corporate City limits and the extraterritorial jurisdictional limits of Granbury on all applications for plats as authorized by law and noticed pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 212.134.
