AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, AMENDING THE UTILITY FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021. ORDINANCE NO. 20-51 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021. ORDINANCE NO. 20-52 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01-819, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRANBURY, TEXAS, BY GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF GRANBURY; REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-819, as amended, is hereby amended by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) on the property located on an approximate 0.374-acre portion of land situated in the Martin Setzer Survey, Abstract# 502 and J.L. Boswell Survey, Abstract# 681, addressed as 2106 E. Hwy 377, within the City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas, and being more fully described as: An approximate 0.374-acre portion of land situated in the Martin Setzer Survey, Abstract# 502 and J.L. Boswell Survey, Abstract# 681, City of Granbury, Hood County, Texas located at 2106 E. Hwy. 377 in a Light Commercial [LC] zoning district. The Specific Use Permit (SUP) shall be issued to allow for Daily Outdoor Display with the flowing conditions: 1. The Specific Use Permit for Daily Outdoor Display shall be limited to an area not to exceed 10% of the gross building area as required per Zoning Ordinance, Section 11.14, and shall expire 3 years from the initial expiration date (expires July 2, 2023). 2. Daily outdoor display area shall be in general conformance with the submitted 'Exhibit A' - Site Plan. SECTION 6. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
