BlueStone Natural Resources, II, LLC. 2100 S. Utica, Suite 200, Tulsa, OK 74114 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced salt water and other oil and gas waste by well injection into a porous formation not productive of oil and gas. The applicant proposes to dispose into the Ellenberger & Hickory (member of the Riley Formation) Station Branch Ranch SWD well 1 the proposed well is located 2.9 miles Southeast from Acton, Texas in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field, in the T.A. Marchbanks Survey, Abstract 811 in Hood County, Texas. The waste water will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 6404 feet to 7920 feet. This well is NOT a commercial disposal well.
