Notice is hereby given that the AMUD Board of Directors will hold a Virtual Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of September, 2020 by videoconference/teleconference.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee.
Any member of the public has the right to participate in the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.
In accordance with section 418.016 of the Texas Government Code, Governor Abbott has suspended various provisions that require government officials and members of the public to be physically present at a specified meeting location.
